My anti-trend body is really not enjoying praising the Koreans but they are really on a roll these days.
After Hyundai-Kia took the European market away from Toyota we find that the rest of their customers aren’t very far away from it.
A recent Brand Keys survey among the car buying people of the Korean brand reveals that they are really happy.
There’s no problem with how people are happy but if their happiness is related to how their new cars from Hyundai are partly responsible for it that might make a difference.
Brand Keys President Robert Passikoff got the results of their latest survey and it seems that Hyundai really managed to not only meet customer expectations but also exceed them.
So that’s what got them the winning spot and it seems that the latest versions of the Hyundai Sonata and the Elantra are partly responsible for it.
Hyundai’s results overtook Ford, Honda, Nissan, BMW and Mercedes-Benz each of who got themselves in a couple of equal results.
If you’re wondering why a survey like this is important it’s because Hyundai is a company that’s really taken over large parts of the market.
In doing so, it’s really important for the Koreans to keep their current customer base happy as well as the new ones.
