Jaguar announced their plans to present the new XFR-S at the upcoming Goodwood Hill. Showcased alongside a Jaguar Heritage Racing-prepared 1962 Jaguar MK II, the new Jaguar XFR-S will be driven by Andy Wallace and will wear a special Italian Racing Red finish.
Power is provided by a 5.0-liter V8 powerplant offering 542 horsepower and 680Nm of torque. Linked to an eight-speed ZF gearbox, the British sports car sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4,6 seconds with a top speed of 300 km/h.
At the exterior, you will find 20-inch Varuna alloy wheels with high-performance tires, revised front and rear bumpers, carbon fiber front splitter and diffuser, side sills and a rear wing.
Last but not least, a revised suspension provides a lower ground clearance while new Electronic Active Differential and Dynamic Stability Control systems provide an improved performance.
As a reminded, the 2014 Jaguar XFR-S starts at 79,995 in the United Kingdom and will go on sale in the near future.
