After the Jaguar carmaker officially launched the XE entry-level sedan just some time ago, a rendering with the upcoming XER-S has just emerged on the web.
The rendering is signed by the famous designer Theophilus Chin and is meant to provide us with a closer look on how the future model would look like.
The Jaguar XER-S is planned to come soon enough, as it will be the first competitor for the BMW M4, the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG or the Audi RS4.
The Jaguar XER-S model will be actually the R-S version of the freshly unveiled sedan, but so far there is little known about the features it will sport at the body or inside.
What we could though managed to find out from some sources, is that the upcoming Jaguar XER-S is rumored to use the same XE S 3.0-liter V6 engine under the hood, which churns out 340 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque.
More details will be perhaps revealed in the upcoming weeks, with the fast approaching event in France, which is the 2014 Paris Motor Show.
