JE Design decided to create a complete tuning package for a family model, the Seat Ibiza ST. Usually, all the important tuning houses develop packages for the latest supercars around but this time a wagon model which is not part of the luxury segment is being revised.
The German specialists from JE Design opted to retune the 1.6-liter TDI unit which normally develops 103 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque. Thanks to a remapped ECU unit and other minor tweaks, the unit in question develops 119 horses and 282 Nm of torque being able to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 10,2 seconds. The mechanical modifications also make the Spanish wagon able to hit a top speed of 194 km/h.
On the other hand, the styling tweaks include a series of components painted in the same color as the body. Namely, the Spanish model receives a front spoiler, new side skirts, a reworked front grille and a rear diffuser.
Moreover, a set of new 17 and 18-inch alloy wheels are available while inside high quality materials such as a new leather steering wheel and leather seats with a massage system increase the comfort.
