The American Jeep manufacturer will launch a special edition of its Wrangler model in Europe in the second quarter of this year, under the name of the Wrangler Rubicon X Package.
The carmaker has recently declared that the new Jeep Wrangler X Package will be unveiled in Europe alone, with a Rubicon trim.
The Jeep Wrangler will be sporting a 7-slot black grille at the front, a dual-intake, deep tint sunscreen glass, black fuel filler door or 17-inch black alloy.
The Jeep Wrangled Rubicon will come in two bodies, a two-door and a four-door Unlimited edition. The X Package of the Rubicon also include an infotainment system Uconnect inside, coming with a 6.5-inch touch-screen display and a 40GB hardrive.
Under the hood, the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X Package will be powered by a base 2.8-liter diesel engine, developing 200 horsepower and 460 Nm of torque.
The star engine comes higher with a 3.6-liter unit Pentastar V6 running on gasoline and developing a higher 268 horsepower and 347 pound-feet of torque.
The two units will be mated at a 5-speed automatic transmission. AAs for the prices, there are no details rendered yet.
