Kia released details on a special edition model dedicated to the British market. The Picanto Quantum starts at £11,895 and benefits from a special Titanium Silver finish, 15-inch alloy wheels and rear parking sensors.
Available only for the three-door model, the Kia Picanto Quantum edition also features automatic air conditioning, a six-speaker audio system, electric sunroof, automatic headlight control, smart key entry and a start/stop system.
As you can see, there’s a lot bang for your buck. Under the bonnet, buyers will get a 1.25-liter engine producing 84 horses and 120 Nm of torque for a 0-100 km/h sprint in 11 seconds and a top speed of 170 km/h.
The petrol engine is linked to a five-speed manual transmission and returns a combined fuel economy of 62,8 mpg UK.
Go with the optional four-speed automatic gearbox and you will get 50,4 mpg UK and 130 g/km CO2 emissions. Opting for the automatic model, pricing starts from £12,495 while the 0-100 km/h sprint is 1,9 seconds slower.
