Even the Germans at Porsche quitted the production of the Carrera GT few years ago, Kubatech tuners decided to provide a performance package able to provide some extra horses even the German model got enough power from the factory.
The 5.7-liter V10 engine put under the hood by the German engineers at Porsche is able to develop 612 horsepower but the tuners from Kubatech decided to add extra 48 horsepower through mounting a Cargraphic sport high performance exhaust system and a revised ECU unit. Thus, the Kubatech Porsche Carrera GT is able to develop 660 horsepower and 642 Nm of torque.
Considering these figures, the German supercar manages to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in about 3,5 seconds. The top speed of the model reaches now 343 km/h comparing to the standard 330 km/h. Kubatech’s tuning kit for Porsche Carrera GT costs €10,699 but the modelwas manufactured in a limited edition of about 1,200 units so the tuners addressed with this tuning kit to small audience.
