Next month, the UK market will get a version of Freelander 2 factory equipped with a sport package. It is available in two color combinations. Britons can purchase a new version of Land Rover Freelander 2 starting January next year. It is called Freelander 2 Sport and is available in two versions and two colors. Both will benefit an exclusive set of 19 inch alloy wheels and painted in a glossy shade.
The interior of the two special version is painted in two shades and exterior decoration match with the interior. The center console is painted ebony and the bottom of its elements are painted in two tones of color. Land Rover Freelander 2 Sport is available with the TD4 engine of 2.2 liters, which is offered both with a manual transmission, and with an automatic transmission.
The manual transmission model benefits a stop/start system, which reduces CO2 emissions by 8% compared with the previous model and reduce fuel consumption with the same percentage. British car manufacturer has not announced if it will give this version on the rest of the markets where Freelander 2 is available.
