The Geneva Motor Show may be far away, but its importance is so great that many manufacturers can’t afford to sustain from showing off their Swiss stand products before it.
The British at Lotus are no exception and they’ve decided to show us a special version of their Evora. In its current form, the Evora is a good looking car, but that hasn’t stopped anybody from ruining it.
Lotus sent one of their Evoras over to the Mansory prep school and it turned out to be one of those places that beats your kids into submission.
The same applies for what the tuners did here. They just took the whip out on the Evora and they didn’t stop until the bone was all that’s left. Therefore, the Geneva Motor Show will have a display for the thinnest Lotus Evora.
This is because Mansory went for a mild reskin of some of the panels on the Evora. These are now made of carbon fiber.
That’s all great. What’s bad however, is how Mansory put all those carbon fiber panels on the Lotus Evora and then didn’t paint them.
If you thought Lotus had a bit of an image problem, when you add exposed carbon fiber to that you’ll find the imagine is no longer problematic, it’s gone altogether for owners of the British brand’s products.
