Maserati will present the all-new Levante SUV at the 2016 New York Auto Show, the model arriving on the market this summer. However, the pre-orders start next month, the cheapest version being set at $70,000., while for the topper S you will have to through in $83,000.
The entry-level Maserati Levante comes with a lot of high-end features as standard, such as rear privacy glass, panoramic roof, rain-sensing wipers, along with other gizmos inside, like dual-zone climate control, an 8.4-inch display for the infotainment system, leather upholstery and a few more.
In case you want the most of it, for additional bucks, you can also get he Luxury and the Zegna Edition packages, the latter adding premium leather and silk upholstery.
Under the hood, the base Maserati Levante delivers a good 345 horsepower and 368 lb-ft of torque, all squeezed from a 3.0-liter biturbo V6 mill. The acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is done in 5.8 seconds, at a topping of 156 mph.
On the other hand, the Maserati Levante S packs the same 3.0-liter biturbo V6 engine, but delivers a higher 424 horsepower and 427 lb-ft of torque, running the same distance in 5.0 seconds. Both versions are hooked to an eight-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive layout.
