It is not the all-new and the most luxurious model from Hyundai (Hyundai Genesis G80) but it still gets the attention it deserves from the media. It is about the newly introduced 2017 Hyundai Grandeur in South Korea, with the model now being revealed in a fresh batch of pictures.
We are looking here at the carmaker`s new premium sedan, with an imposing design and aggressive styling bits, complemented by high-quality materials inside and top features.
In South Korea the model costs 30,550,000 won and comes with exquisite elements at the exterior. We are looking here at full LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, as well as the 19-inch alloy wheels, which make the top versions distinguish amongst the rest of the lineup.
Inside, the cabin is wrapped in fine materials which provide a cozier feel, while in the gadgetry area, the model offers a full package, consisting of eight-inch infotainment system with satellite navigation, Apple CarPlay and MirrorLink, wireless smartphone charging system, and JBL sound system.
In the engine department, the all-new 2017 Hyundai Grandeur is equipped with two petrol burners, a single diesel and one LPG mill.
The petrol burners refer to a 2.4-liter GDI engine with 190 horsepower, followed by a 3.0-liter V6 engine GDI with 266 horsepower. On the diesel side, the Grandeur is equipped with a 2.2-liter e-VGT turbodiesel flat-four cylinder, developing 202 horsepower. The 3.0-liter LPG adds 235 horsepower. All engines come with a choice of a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission.
