Mercedes-AMG C43 Coupe Heads to Geneva with Power Boost

Mercedes-AMG is that close to release the upcoming AMG C43 Coupe at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show starting 1st of March, the model coming with an evolutionary design and impressive performance under the hood.

The Mercedes-AMG C43 is throwing the ball into Audi S5`s back yard with a 3.0-liter V6 engine under the hood, which develops 362 horsepower and 384 lb-ft of torque. The power is sent to all wheels via a nine-speed automatic transmission.

The rear-biased all-wheel drive layout allows an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in a good 4.6 seconds, at a topping of 250 km/h.

From a mechanical standpoint, the Mercedes-AMG C43 Coupe is also getting the AMG Ride Control sport suspension, AMG Dynamic Select system with five modes, Comfort, Eco, Sport, Sport Plus and Individual, adding the speed sensitive sport steering system and the latest braking system with internally ventilated compound discs.

In terms of visuals, the Mercedes-AMG C43 Coupe is coming with a sporty body style, comprising a new front fascia with standout diamond radiator grille, wider intakes, black mirror caps, matte iridium silver accents, rear diffuser, sports exhaust system, all complemented by the 18-inch alloy wheels.

Inside, the cabin is tweaked with aluminum trim, MB-Tex / DINAMICA microfiber sport seats with red contrast stitching, red seat belts or updated instrument cluster.
