The aftermarket specialists from the German Special Customs tuning division have recently fitted the Mercedes AMG GT model with their special upgrade body kit. I have to confess, that even if I am not such a big fan of this sports car, the work of art is easily recognizable.

Unfortunately, since the tuning division has not yet confirmed any power upgrades, we might also be disappointed by the lack of higher power under the hood, given the fact that this is a sports car by definition. Thus, the AMG GT might still keep the 4.0-liter twin turbo V8 unit, which outputs a good 462 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque, while the AMG GT S develops 510 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque.

Apart from that, the upgrade body kit is absolutely stunning, the Mercedes AMG GT now being more aggressive, with new bumpers at the front and rear end, refreshed side skirts and front fenders, wider rear wing, new front splitter, while the new four tailpipe exhaust system complements the overall body kit.

In terms of pricing, the German Special Customs have not released any pricing details yet, but we should expect them soon, along with some good news concerning engine upgrades under the hood.
