Mercedes-Benz is ready to present the all-new GLC Coupe SUV at the 2016 New York Auto Show, starting 23rd of March, the model being already previewed in a teaser video.
The teaser video is taking us a little bit closer to the SUV, revealing a similar design with the big brother GLE Coupe, except for the fact that it comes with a smaller size.
The Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe belongs to the C-Class and will come with a swooping roofline and four-door body style.
The design is also borrowed from the regular GLC, the Coupe SUV also featuring similar headlights, grille, while the rear will sport a raked tailgate with custom taillights.
Under the hood, the Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe SUV will come with the same engine lineup as the standard GLC, meaning a 2.0-liter turbo-petrol with 155 kW in the GLC 250, or a 2.1-liter turbo diesel, with 125 kW and 150 kW, in the GLC220d and GLC 250d.
Rumors also have it that a topper GLC 43 Coupe will also join the club, this one packing the 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine, borrowed from AMG. This one would come with 270 kW and a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds.
