So I got up today, had a lovely French breakfast and was seriously running out of ideas about what to do with my morning.
I reckon I’ll just hang around my enormous mansion for a few hours. Why not allow myself to simply hang out for a couple of hours.
While I’m exploring the forgotten rooms in this place, I’ll actually check out what’s going on in my second garage. Oh, there’s my CLS 63 AMG.
You know what, I reckon it needs a bit of a revision. I have no idea about what to do to it but I’m fairly pleased with the looks it comes with.
I’m flexible on the alloys and could definitely go for some extra power. Maybe I should call the Germans at MKB tuning, see what they can offer.
It seems that the 5.5 liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine is capable of 557 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque right now and yet they can offer 700 hp and 737 lb-ft of torque.
That will enable me to get up to 62 in just 4.1 seconds and the top speed is no longer limited to 155 mph. They claim the new limit is 186 mph.
That won’t do, which is why I will appreciate the way there’s an option which MKB will run up to 211 mph. Now that sounds just about right.
I find it a bit weird that they wouldn’t announce a price upfront. It’s not that I’m a big fan of price tags but they should at least give me a ballpark figure.
