The GLK lineup expands today with a new petrol powerplant, namely the 250 4MATIC, a model scheduled to go on sale this summer, in June.
The German SUV is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder unit producing 211 horsepower and 350Nm of torque. Accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h takes 7,9 seconds with a top speed of 215 km/h.
As you probably guessed from the model’s name, it comes with the company’s all-wheel drive system, better known as 4MATIC. Fuel economy numbers are rated at 30,5mpg US (7,5 liters/100km) and CO2 emissions of 176 g/km.
Together with the new Mercedes GLK 250 4MATIC, the German company also claims that a revised infotainment system (COMAND Online) is now available across the range. It brings improved features such as live traffic information and revised maps.
Customers are able to place an order for the new model with prices for the new GLK 250 4MATIC starting at €44,149 with VAT in Germany.
