The Germans from Mercedes-Benz officially announced that the new A45 AMG is now available for order. The tiny but yet sporty model in company’s lineup benefits from a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine producing 360 horsepower and 450Nm of torque, enough for a 0-100 km/h sprint in 4,6 seconds.
Power is transferred to the wheels via a seven-speed AMG SPEED SHIFT automatic gearbox with a limited top speed of 250 km/h.
If you think that the stock version is not enough for you, Mercedes offers several additional packs such as the AMG Exclusive Package priced from €1,309, Carbon Fiber Package at €2,975 and AMG Night Package at €797.
These additional features will improve the appearance but won’t bring and performance upgrades at all.
“The attractive entry-level model will capture new target groups and markets for the Affalterbach-based performance brand,” adds the company.
Deliveries are scheduled to begin this summer, namely in June, pricing for the new Mercedes A45 AMG being set at 49,682 including VAT.
