The fuel efficient Mercedes S350 Bluetec received some help from the German tuners at Brabus and manages to meet the Euro 6 requirments which will be introduced somewhere in 2014. The 3.0-liter V6 engine which fits the Merc S350 Bluetec gets a power boost of 55 horsepower, developing now 313 horses compared to the standard 258 ponies.
Together with the improved horsepower amount, the German models gets more torque, 690 Nm but also a fuel consumption of just 6,8 liters/100 km and 177 g CO2/km. The top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h while the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is achieved in 6,5 seconds and a new quad-pipe exhaust system can replace the standard one if you want this.
According to the German tuners, this tuning package can be ordered also together with other models in the range such as the CSL 350 CDI BlueEfficiency or the E350 CDI BlueEfficiency but there are not any figures for the model told above.
