The German folks at Mercedes officially pulled the wraps off the 2014 E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet versions, the models in question receiving a facelift treatment exactly as the sedan variant.
In terms of styling, the new models come with redesigned optical blocks with LED daytime running lights, improved front and rear bumpers, new alloy wheels and a slightly revised front grille.
Inside, buyers will benefit from wood and aluminum trim, chrome inserts, USB and Bluetooth connectivity, a new audio system, a three-spoke steering wheel and a large 14.7-cm display.
Under the hood we will find a total of nine engines, six gasoline and three diesels to be more specific. If the entry-level E200 model delivers 181hp, the range-topping E500 reaches a total of 402hp.
Several cutting-edge technologies such as auto start/stop, Active Lane Keeping Assist, Distronic Plus, Brake Assist and PRE-SAFE Brake are offered as well.
