First presented to the public at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show, the all-new 2018 Lexus LS 500h has also reached its stand at the 2017 Vancouver International Auto Show, taking place as we speak in Canada. It looks gorgeous and sets the standard in terms of design and performance.
Speaking of overall appearance and performance, Jennifer Barron, Director of Lexus Canada, has also praised the new LS 500h:
“We set new benchmarks then for comfort, powertrain performance, smoothness, quality and more, and we`re doing it again, with our all-new model – a vehicle that anticipated and attends to the needs of its drivers and passengers seamlessly.”
We are looking here at the fifth-generation model with plenty of new visuals and a more rigid platform, thanks to the new and more lightweight materials.
Besides the visual improvements and the latest gadgetries inside and high-end materials which increase the luxurious looks, the 2018 Lexus LS 500h also comes with an impressive powertrain under the hood.
We are looking here at a hybrid powertrain, consisting of a 3.5-liter V6 petrol burner with two electric motors, producing a total of 354 horsepower. This allows a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds. The model can also run on full electricity up to 140 km/h.
People currently visiting the Toyota`s stand in Vancouver can also admire the carmaker`s entire model range, like the LC 500h, GS F, RC F, F Sport, RX 450h, ES 300h or the LX570. You can find out more about the all-new 2018 Lexus LS 500h in the media gallery below!
