Chevrolet released official pricing details on the new Trax crossover, a model which is now available for order.
The American company offers a 1.6-liter petrol engine offering 115 horsepower, a more powerful 1.4-liter turbocharged unit with 140 horses but also a 1.7-liter diesel producing 130 horsepower.
The petrol engines are available with a five-speed transmission while the diesel model gets a six-speed manual or automatic.
The company offers the new model in LS, LS+, LT and LT+ trims. If you opt for the LT grades, you will get USB connectivity, a 7-inch touchscreen display, MyLink infotainment system and even a 230V socket for charging your laptop.
“The Chevrolet Trax has the DNA of a Chevrolet SUV with all the traditional Chevrolet values and more,” adds Chevrolet.
Official pricing of the 2013 Chevrolet Trax starts at £15,495 while in Germany, the crossover begins at €16,990.
