Here we have new details on the upcoming Audi A4, the new generation of the well-known German sedan which is scheduled to enter the market in 2014.
Of course we will face a revised engine range which is not known already.
However, we expect a new 1.4-liter TSI unit producing 122hp or 180hp if you opt for the more potent version. This unit is expected to get a cylinder deactivation system capable to improve the fuel consumption.
Last but not least, Audi will introduce a hybrid variant of the new A4, a model which is fitted with a 2.0-liter TFSI powerplant producing 211hp and an electric motor capable to add extra 95 horses to the output.
The new Audi A4 will also get an evolved design previewed by these renderings provided by Auto Motor und Sport. Of course, these CGIs can’t be 100% accurate but they help us to visualize the upcoming sedan.
