Maserati revealed in world premiere the new Ghibli sedan, a model we’ve already seen in several leaked photos in the past weeks. Today, we get the confirmation that the new model is motivated by a 3.0-liter V6 engine capable to produce 275 horsepower and 600Nm of torque.
With such resources, the 0-100 km/h sprint is possible in 6,3 seconds, also thanks to an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission.
If you want more power, you can opt for the V6-powered 3.0-liter gasoline model with 330 horsepower and 500Nm of torque.
The additional power shaves the 0-100 km/h sprint time to 5,6 seconds while an even more potent 410hp model which will be known as the Ghibli S, will hit the 100 km/h mark in 5 seconds with a top speed of 285 km/h.
The base Maserati Ghibli benefits from a revised front grille, new optical blocks, 18-inch alloy wheels and a sloping bonnet. The better-equipped versions receive larger alloy wheels, up to 21-inch, but also a better brake system from Brembo.
