The German folks at Mercedes decided to bring the high-performance version of the new A-Class, namely the A45 AMG.
The hot hatch is powered by a 2.0-liter unit producing 360 horsepower and 450Nm of torque, making the 0-100 km/h sprint possible in 4,6 seconds with a top speed limited at 250 km/h.

The visitors of the Goodwood Festival of Speed also got the opportunity to see the new SLS AMG Black Series model in the flesh. The latter benefits from a more potent 6.2-liter V8 capable to deliver 622 horsepower and 634Nm of torque.

It provides a 0-100 km/h sprint in 3,5 seconds and a top speed of 315 km/h. If that’s still not enough, Mercedes also showcased the all-new S-Class flagship alongside other iconic models.

“In front of crowds estimated to number in excess of 50,000 people, Mercedes-Benz cars both old and new took on the notorious 1.16-mile Goodwood Hill at the 20th running of the Festival of Speed,” says the carmaker.
