The S-Class is one of the most prestigious Mercedes models ever built, the new generation being tested on the streets these months.
While it still carries a camouflage layer, the new S-Class will clearly benefit from an evolved design, new high-performance engines and an improved interior.
Speaking of engines, the range-topping Mercedes S65 AMG is very likely to get a V12 unit producing 680 horsepower. On the other hand, Mercedes will offer several hybrid alternatives with outputs (for the electric motor) ranging from 41hp to 109hp.
If the exterior will get revised bumpers, wheels, side skirts and optical blocks, inside, we expect to see new dashboard and instrument panel, several new systems and an overall futuristic approach.
There are no official details about the debut of the new Mercedes S-Class but we expect to see it in world premiere at one of the auto shows later this year.
