Porsche officially revealed the new high-performance Cayenne Turbo S, a model powered by a 4.8-liter gasoline engine capable to deliver 542 horsepower and 750Nm of torque.
In order to obtain the additional power, the German carmaker revised the ECU unit and improved the turbochargers with titanium-aluminium components.
Even the new Porsche Cayenne Turbo S is faster and sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 4,5 seconds and hits a top speed of 283 km/h, the fuel consumption remains the same at 11,5 liters/100km (20,5mpg US).
Besides the power improvement, Porsche fits the new Cayenne Turbo S with large 21-inch alloy wheels, gloss black parts, smoked optical blocks, quad-pipe exhaust system and more.
Features such as a torque vectoring system, electronically controlled limited-slip differential, air suspension and damping control, are systems that will be found on the new Cayenne.
Inside we find a new leather upholstery along with carbon fiber trim for the dashboard. In terms of pricing, the new Cayenne starts at €151,702 in the home market Germany.
