Nissan has officially presented this weekend the seventh generation of Patrol, a model especially built for off-road running by Japanese manufacturer. Known for his skills on rough terrain, Nissan Patrol now comes in a new form, together with a new platform, with an interior that combines comfort with practical spirit, with the new V8 engine and a wheel drive system introduced by Nissan for the first time on the new model.
In terms of engines range, the market’s main rival of the Toyota Land Cruiser announces new 5.6-liter V8 engine that develops 400 hp and 550 Nm, making this new model, according to the Nissan press release, the strongest competitor in the segment on the market. The engine that has VVEL system (Variable Valve Event and Lift) is coupled to a new seven-speed automatic transmission.
