The track-only Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport was recently unveiled at the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show, the model being already previewed in first photos and details. However, the model has been recently seen in the first promotional videos, which showcase its outstanding performance.
The Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport is a real track racer, coming with a lot of high-performance characteristics, like the new raking system with six-piston rear calipers, installed with the 380-mm steel discs, 18-inch forged alloy wheels, or the standard roll cage inside the cabin.
The Porsche GT4 Clubsport is also coming with a lightweight chassis, which will make it extremely fast on the track. Under the hood, the sports car packs an upgraded 3.8-liter six-cylinder engine, developing 380 horsepower and hooked to a bespoke dual-clutch gearbox and a race mechanical locking differential.
The track-only Cayman GT4 Clubsport will be seen racing in different competitions next year, like the SRO GT4, Pirelli GT3 Cup Trophy USA, VLN Long Distance Championship Nurburgring, or the Ultra 94 GT3 Cup Challenge Canada.
