Here is a new model that a lot of people are waiting for, namely the sportier version of the current Porsche 911, the GT3 model.
From the beginning, we are told that we face a more powerful model benefiting from a 3.8-liter boxer engine producing 475 horsepower and 438Nm of torque.
The extra power is available thanks to a revised ECU unit, new titanium connecting rods, direct injection and variable valve timing.
All this power is transferred to the wheels via a seven-speed dual clutch transmission which makes the 0-100 km/h sprint possible in 3,5 seconds with a top speed of 315 km/h.
On the styling side, the German company offers new bumpers, LED daytime running lights, side skirts, a rear wing and diffuser, larger 20-inch alloys and a dual-pipe exhaust. Inside, buyers will find Alcantara inserts, leather upholstery, sport seats and steering wheel.
The new Porsche 911 GT3 is scheduled to hit the German showrooms this summer with prices starting at €137,300.
