Porsche’s range gets today even bigger, the current generation 911 benefiting from yet another version featuring an all-wheel drive system. Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS is the full name of the newest 911 variant, a model scheduled to go on sale in July, this year. As expected, the new 911 Carrera 4 GTS will benefit from both Coupe and Cabriolet versions, the prices for Germany starting from €111,956 (Coupe) and €122,071 (Cabriolet).
Power is provided by a 3.8-liter unit producing 402 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque, a propeller that makes the acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h possible in 4,6 seconds for the Coupe and 4,8 seconds for the Cabriolet variant.
In terms of fuel consumption, Porsche claims that the PIP system manages to lower the figures to around 11 liters/100 km for both versions while the Porsche Traction Management (PTM) all-wheel drive system sends the power to all the wheels.
The new 911 Carrera 4 GTS will be available with both six-speed manual and seven-speed PDK gearbox while the aesthetic tweaks include a body kit with side skirts, a front apron, 19-inch RS Spyder wheels and high quality materials such as leather and Alcantara for the interior.
