We all know the transformations that the entire Renault lineup has gone trough in the last decade, and the results are beginning to show. For instance, the new Megane Sedan is absolutely gorgeous in design and impressive in powertrains.

The popular Sedan version is a fine mixture between a four-door coupe and a sedan, the model coming with evolutionary design lines, standing extremely wide and quite tall in dimensions. You are looking here at 4.63 m long and 1.81 m wide, with a wheelbase of 2.71 m as well.

Inside things are changed too, the sedan now coming with visibly improved materials with high-end finishes, complemented by the number of high-tech gizmos. We should mention here the up-to-date 8.7-inch portrait-oriented R-Link 2 infotainment system, adding updated dashboard with numerous functions at the driver`s choice.

The safety features are also a must for the new Megane Sedan, this version packing adaptive cruise control, active emergency braking system, lane departure warning, safe distance warning, and so on.

In the engine department, the new Megane Sedan is equipped with two petrol burners, such as the 1.6-liter SCe 115 naturally-aspirated engine, followed by the 1.2-liter TCe 130 turbo. On the diesels side, we should find the dCi 90, dCi 110, as well as the dCi 130. The latter ones get the six-speed dual-clutch transmission as optional.
