Nobody really knows much about the Peugeot RCZ and that’s quite a shame as it’s a great looking car.

On the same not, not many people consider this car as being ugly, in fact I’m pretty sure that almost nobody does. And yet somehow, the French decided to make it that little bit more special.

In order to make a special car go that extra mile they turned to the discrete part of the aesthetics and so Peugeot coated the beautiful RCZ in an equally if not more beautiful black exterior paint interestingly named the Noir Telluric shade.

Also trying to please the eyes lead to the French opting in for an unique set of 19 inch alloys finished in what else if not black?

The same pleasant shading treatment was received by the interior where the leather welcomes you.

The engine remains the same as does the entire underbody but that’s not a problem. The Peugeot RCZ still has a good chassis, great aerodynamics and one of the finest small engines out there. The Peugeot RCZ Asphalt edition is powered by a 1.6 liter turbocharged four cylinder engine developing 200 horsepower thanks to some collaboration from the Germans over at BMW.
