Seat decided to reveal the new Alhambra, a model that is scheduled to go on sale this fall. The Spanish MPV comes with a series of styling tweaks such as new multi-spoke wheels, revised optical blocks and new exterior finishes.
Under the hood we find improved engines that promise up to 15% more efficiency in terms of consumption. There are two diesel units, namely a 1.6-liter TDI with 115hp and a 2.0-liter TDI producing either 150 hp or 184 hp.
A 1.4-liter TSI with 150 hp is the base petrol engine while a 2.0-liter TSI with 220 hp is the range-topping variant.
Inside, the Seat Alhambra facelift comes with a 6.3-inch touchscreen display, a new steering wheel, revised buttons and the company’s latest Full Link connectivity system for Android and iOS. Besides the extra bells and whistles, Seat offers a plethora of safety systems.
We talk about blind-spot assist, parking assist, multi-collision brake and full beam assist. Keyless entry is also available but it is offered only on the higher-grade models. Pricing details were not released yet but we expect them to come soon.
