JE Design revealed a tuning kit for the Seat Leon Cupra. Under the bonnet, the stock 2.0-liter four-cylinder unit producing 280 horsepower and 380 Nm of torque gets a boost of 70 horses.
The total output is increased to 350 hp and 440 Nm of torque, enough for a 0-100 km/h sprint in 5,1 seconds, about 0,6s quicker. The additional power was obtained thanks to a revised ECU.
In terms of styling, buyers will get 91-inch alloy wheels, revised spoilers, side skirts and a quad-pipe exhaust system.
“The refiner specializing in Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Porsche offers a substantial performance enhancement for the sporty three-door known as the Seat Leon 5F CUPRA 280-SC,” adds the tuner.
A new set of lowering springs alongside a KW coilover suspension will improve the ride thanks to the reduced ground clearance (45 mm). Pricing and availability were not released yet by JE Design.
