The potent Cupra variants from Seat have always been a real delight for customers all over the world, the models coming with an exquisite design and impressive technology inside the cabin. And the all-new Leon Cupra is also going to be a top notch.
Following last month`s rumors, representatives from the company have also confirmed the arrival of the new Seat Leon Cupra R on the market. For instance, Auto Express have interviewed Vice President Matthias Rabe, who recently stated:
“The core values of Cupra must remain – it must be fun to drive but something you can use every day, because this is not a car that is bought by people who have five or six other cars. So I don’t think a Cupra would be as extreme as a Porsche 911 GT3, for example. And even if we went further, it would still have four or five seats.”
This means that the model will come with some interesting improvements at the chassis, meaning that the engineers from Cupra will use carbon fiber components, which will make it extremely lightweight and will improve its performance. And the costs involved will also make it a limited-run edition.
Once it will arrive on the market in around eight months, the new Seat Leon Cupra R “will be a fantastic car”, with lots of technology inside and the latest mechanics.
