Skoda released official UK pricing for the Rapid GreenLine, the most frugal version in the range. We talk about both sedan and wagon (Spaceback) variants.
Under the hood of the both versions sits a 1.6-liter TDI engine capable to produce 89 horsepower. It is linked to a five-speed manual transmission and benefits from several fuel-saving technologies.
We talk about a particulate filter, special 15-inch alloy wheels and low rolling resistance tires. Inside, you will find manual air conditioning, adjustable steering wheel, and a special Maxi-DOT trip computer.
Fuel economy figures are rated at 3,8 liters/100m or 74,3mpg UK. CO2 emissions are also kept at a very good level, 99g/km to be more specific.
Skoda says that both the sedan and wagon variants benefit from the same fuel consumption figures. UK pricing starts at £17,195 for the sedan and £17,535 for the wagon.
