Here is an interesting tuning proposal coming from the Dutch people from Squadra Tuning. The specialists fitted one additional V6 engine on an Afla Romeo GTV in order to double its horsepower amount and performance. This decision belongs to Stephan Lenior who decided to take a 3.2-liter V6 engine from Alfa Romeo 166 and fit on the GTV.
With two 3.2-liter engines, Squadra’s Alfa Romeo GTV manages to offer 487 horsepower and 577 Nm of torque. The new engine which is placed somewhere in the rear comes together with its transmission but finally they managed to connect the units and assure a easy use of the Italian model.
With two V6 engines under the bonnet, the Italian model hits a top speed of 290 km/h and offers an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4,5 seconds. At the exterior, the Dutch tuners kept all the major features of the original model but mounted a set of 17-inch OZ Ultraleggera wheels.
People from Autoweek decided to give it a try, thus, you can see the Italian modified model being reviewed right here:
