Suzuki will unveil the all-new Vitara S in the United Kingdom starting next January, the model being available from 20,899 GBP in the manual and 22,249 GBP in the automatic.
From a visual standpoint, the new Suzuki Vitara S comes with a standout design, consisting of LED headlamps with red projector covers, one-off front grille design, sating silver door mirrors, rear spoiler, black side body moldings, as well as the 17-inch gloss black alloy wheels.
But the most noticeable feature is under the hood, where the new Vitara S packs the company`s first Boosterjet petrol engine.
We are dealing here with 1.4-liter petrol turbocharged engine with direct injection, developing 138 horsepower and 220 Nm of torque, available between 1,500 rpm-4,000 rpm. The model is capable of sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.2 seconds, at a topping of 200 km/h.
The engine is also coming with a wastegate valve which closes at high revs in order to increase the boost pressure, providing thus more power and a lower fuel consumption.
With all the technology available under the hood, the all-new Suzuki Vitara S burns out just 52.3 mpg UK, while the CO2 emissions are rated at 127g/km. The fuel-consumption stands at 5.4L/100 km.
