After several teasers and rumors, Mercedes officially unveiled the new S-Class, a long awaited model which will go on sale shortly.
Showcased at the Airbus A380 delivery center in Germany, the new model comes with a refreshed exterior with new front and rear bumpers, front grille, hood and an improved overall shape.

Inside, Mercedes provides several luxury materials including leather upholstery, metallic and wood trim, special instrument cluster, touch screen display and a premium audio system.

Mercedes plans to introduce the new S-Class with a total of four engines, with displacements ranging from 2.1-liter to 4.7-liter and outputs from 204hp to 455hp.

There will be petrol, diesel and hybrid powertrains while AMG-tuned versions will be announced at a later date. Worth mentioning are also several comfort features such as the First Class Rear Seat package, Air Balance pack and much more.
