This five-seater variant is based on the present A-Class and features all the advantages that a family needs such as interior space and lots of room for the luggage. The car’s engine sports 95 hp and 290 Nm of torque, the two lithium-ion batteries allowing over 124 miles of driving (NEDC). The A-Class E-Cell goes from 0 to 62 mph in 14 seconds and has a top speed of93 mph, in case you need to get somewhere faster.
Featuring maximum safey because of the sandwich structure, the E-Cell is ideal for the family. Eight hours of chargint will give you 62 miles (NEDC) of driving using multiple charging options.
Another good news is that this automn will see 500 producton units which will be headed for European countries such as Germany, the Netherlands and France. But more will be sure to come, so don’t be upsed if you’re not in those countries.
