Toyota GT86 CS-V3 is the proposal of the Japanese company for those of you who want a racing model at a lower cost. We can call it an entry-level race car as the company claims that it comes with low running and maintenance costs for the V3 class.
Under the bonnet we find the same 2.0-liter engine developing 200 horsepower and a six-speed manual gearbox. However, there is a revised chassis, a new suspension, a high-performance braking system and a racing exhaust.
A roll cage for improved safety, racing seats, six-point harness and new 17-inch alloy wheels with racing slick tires are also available.
“It is already race-proven having won the V3 class in the Nürburgring 24 Hours and we hope to see many more of these cars competing in the coming months,” says Toyota.
The new Toyota GT86 CS-V3 comes with a starting price of €38,500 in Europe.
