Toyota releases new details on the Auris Touring Sports for the British market, information which also includes pricing details.
The entry-level model is powered by a 1.33-liter Dual VVT-i engine producing 98 horsepower and coupled to a six-speed manual transmission.

A more potent 1.6-liter petrol engine producing 130 horses is also available while the diesel range includes a 1.4-liter 88hp unit.

Last but not least, Toyota offers a hybrid version using a 1.8-liter petrol unit and an electric motor for a combined output of 134 horses.

The Japanese hybrid sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 10,9 seconds with a top speed of 112mph. If the entry-level Toyota Auris Touring Sports starts at £15,595, the range-topping hybrid model coupled to an E-CVT gearbox is priced from £22,845.
