Toyota revealed today the Vitz GRMN Turbo, a model dedicated to the Japanese market. We’ve seen this model for the first time in concept form at the Tokyo Auto Show but now, the Japanese carmaker makes the official announcement.
Power is provided by a 1.5-liter engine producing 152 horsepower and 206Nm of torque.
At the exterior, the hatchback model stands out thanks to its 17-inch BBS wheels, LED headlights, new front and rear bumpers, side skirts and two special finishes: Super White II and Black Mica.
Inside, buyers will benefit from a three-spoke steering wheel, new stitching, sports seats and alloy pedals. The ride is improved thanks to a retuned suspension system while better stopping power is provided by a beefier braking system.
Toyota prices the new Vitz GRMN Turbo at ¥2,700,000 with only 200 vehicles to be built for the local market.
