Alfa Romeo has recently announced the availability of the updated 2016 Mito lineup in the United Kingdom, the model coming with fiver trim levels and a starting price of £12,960, in the Mito standard, and going all the way to £20,500, in the Veloce top of the line.
Each version comes with its own features and engines available for extra cash. For instance, the Mito standard packs a base 1.4-liter petrol engine, adding exterior goodies, like 16-inch alloys, grille surrounds, headlamp, taillamp surrounds, while inside the cabin is tweaked with 5-inch Uconnect touchscreen display with DAB & Bluetooth connectivity and so on.
There are also other engines available for the entry-level trim, like the 875 Turbo Petrol TwinAir with 105 horsepower, this one costing £14,660, or the 1.3 JTDM- with 95 horsepower, costing £15,620.
The next in the range is the Super trim, replacing the old Distinctive, and coming with 17-inch alloys, front fog lamps, special upholstery with Eco-leather side bolstering, aluminum sports pedals, satin-effect door handles and so on.
Under the hood, the Super is equipped with a turbo petrol with 105 horsepower, costing £16,360 or a 1.3-liter diesel, available at £16,960. A 1.4-liter MultiAir with Alfa TCT transmission is also priced at £18,160.
The mid-spec Speciale adds more features, like 17-inch dark five-hole alloys, flat-bottom steering, red stitching on the steering wheel, handbrake, Alcantara sports seats and more, the trim ranging from £17,110 to £18,910, depending on the features available.
Finally, the top of the line Veloce is priced at £20,500 and features the 1.4-liter MultiAir engine with Alfa TCT transmission, developing 170 horsepower. Other options also refer to 18-inch dark five-hole alloys, Brembo brakes, upgraded Uconnect 5-inch for the infotainment system and more.
