Citroen introduced today a new special edition for the current C3 Picasso in the United Kingdom. We talk about the Code special edition, a model which is quite similar to the Blackcherry edition introduced about one year ago. Under the bonnet the customers find a 90-horsepower HDi diesel unit coupled to a manual transmission.
The unit manages to return a good 4,6 liters/100 km (61,4mpg UK) combined fuel consumption. There are several exterior finishes including Thorium Grey, Belle Ile Blue, Polar White and Cherry Red which come together with a set of 17-inch alloy wheels.
Other aesthetic features include chrome inserts for the front bumper, black door handles and vent surrounds and longitudinal roof bars. Inside, the French company offers Bluetooth and USB connectivity, cruise control and air conditioning.
The new Citroen C3 Picasso Code is only £300 more expensive than the model it is based, with the on-the-road price of £15,695. We expect to get more photos and availability details for the French model soon.
