View

Alfa Romeo has recently introduced the 2016 4C and 4C Spider in the United States and Canada, both versions coming with spicy prices, reflected by the bunch of updates they will come with. The 4C Coupe can be had from $55,900, while the 4C Spider`s price start at $65,900.

From a visual standpoint, the 2016 Alfa Romeo 4C and 4C Spider did not suffer any mods, the versions only receiving the Akrapovic titanium exhaust system as well as the “carbon fiber halo” which better highlights the chassis` carbon-fiber monoque and windshield frame.

Inside however, things are looking different, the models receiving the Carbon Fiber Trim Package which sets them apart from their European siblings. We are dealing here with a lot of elements found on the instrument panel, instrument cluster surround, air vents or vent surrounds.

The models are also standing out with the two-tone leather upholstery with Tobacco and Black sports seats, along with high-performance speakers, updated lockable console, leather storage, Alpine audio system with USB/Bluetooth or iPod connectivity.

Under the hood, the 2016 Alfa Romeo 4C and 4C Spider keep the same 1.7-liter flat-four engine, with 237 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, hooked to a twin-clutch automatic transmission. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is done in 4.1 seconds, at a topping of 160 mph.
