Here is a six-minute review made by the British peoplefrom Fifth Gear and in the foreground is the new Fiat 500 TwinAir. The Italian model benefits from a two-cylinder engine compared by Graham with two beer bottles. The 0.9-liter engine is able to provide a very good fuel consumption, namely 4,1 liters/100 km, as the manufacturer announced.
The CO2 emissions are also kept at a low level, the Italian model being able to issue just 95 g/km. All these good figures should result in weak performance figures but Fifth Gear proves that this is not very true, indeed.
Even the Fiat 500 TwinAir has just a two-cylinder engine, it is able to develop 85 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque. The acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is achieved in 11 seconds, a good time considering the propeller found under the hood. Here is the video review made by the British from Fifth Gear, there is the place where you can see more opinions about the small Italian model.
