Without a doubt, Mexic does not make the front line of any automotive magazine. Even so, things might change, at least for a while, considering the soon coming Vuhl 05, expected to race during the English speed festival at Goodwood.
While the first active presence in the world of speed will only be achieved within a week, the Mexican officials made us a first presentation of their most praised project!
Vuhl is the abbreviation of Vehicles of Ultra High Performance and the manufacturers make no secret from their intentions: this unit is supposed to be the first supercar in their history, focused particularly on raw driving experiences on high speed!
The presentation of Vuhl took place in quite a select place in London, where big names showed up, from the parents of the brand – Guillermo and Iker Echeverria together with Alberto Chapa, up to the president of FIA foundation, Sir Stirling Moss.
What we all know about Vuhl 05 is that it carries a Lotus strategy, with a design meant to make it as lightweight as possible while facilitating top performances. Speaking of which, the motor will be a 2.0 liters EcoBoost delivering up to 285 HP and ready to reach 100 km/h within 3.7 seconds!
